All services are provided to corporate clients and are subject to agreed project scope, timelines, and pricing.

2. Corporate Orders & Final Sale

All corporate orders are considered final once confirmed.

Due to the nature of bulk sourcing, customization, and fulfillment, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production or procurement has begun.

Clients may request increases to order quantities, subject to availability.

3. Product Availability & Substitutions

While we aim to provide all selected items, product availability may change.

Canadian Toy Box reserves the right to substitute any unavailable product with a similar item of equal or greater value and quality without prior notice.

4. Employee Gift Selection

Where employee selection portals are provided:

Employees are responsible for selecting their own gifts
Canadian Toy Box is not responsible for incorrect selections made by employees
If no selection is made, a default item may be assigned at our discretion or based on client instructions

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery across Canada, including:

Bulk shipment to corporate offices
Direct-to-home shipping
Event-based delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors, including carrier delays, weather, or supply chain disruptions.

Canadian Toy Box is not liable for delays outside of its control.

6. Packaging & Presentation

We provide curated packaging designed to enhance the gifting experience.

Packaging styles may vary slightly based on availability and logistics.

7. No Returns or Exchanges

All items are provided as part of a curated corporate gifting program.

As such, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted, except in cases of defective or damaged items as determined by Canadian Toy Box.

8. Product Safety & Liability

All products are sourced from reputable suppliers and are intended to meet applicable safety standards.

However:

Canadian Toy Box does not manufacture the products
We are not liable for misuse of products
Adult supervision is required where applicable

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canadian Toy Box disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of gifted products.
